Parking

As this is a residential neighbourhood, please be respectful of the neighbors when parking. There is space for one car in the driveway - additional cars will have to park on the street.  Alternatively, if you live close by, please consider walking or riding your bike - it will be a nice warm up for your session and it is a small contribution to reduce climate change! 

Cancellations

    Indoor

Please provide (at least) 24 hours notice for cancellations.  Classes are non-refundable but they can be rescheduled as long as the required 24 hours’ notice has been given. Please do not give verbal notice; text or email only.  

Cancelling for a duo session - if one of the parties must cancel, the other party has 3 options:

1) Cancel yourself (without penalty).

2) Convert the session to a Private at the reduced rate of $55.  This option is limited to 6 sessions per calendar year.  No more than 2 consecutive weeks of discount privates offered.  Otherwise it must be worked out with the other party.

3) Find another person to take the second spot in the session. The original party that is cancelling will be held to the usual 24-hour cancellation policy (see above).

Payments

Payment can be cash or by e-transfer.  Please pay prior to your class (or first class of your package).

Please print out and fill out to bring to your first class.  Thank you!
