Class Options 

At Elemental Movement – Pilates and More, small class sizes are offered to give you an enhanced, customized experience.

Intro Private Pack

New to Pilates?  Not sure if you are ready to start with a group class?  Try the intro pack of 3 private sessions for $150 (plus GST).  If you are new to Pilates or have not practiced in a long time, it is strongly recommended to do an Intro Pack .

Privates

If you want to continue to get fully personalized workouts, private sessions are $69/ 1hr session (incl. GST).  

Duos

Duos (2 people) are $38.50/1hr (incl. GST) per person.

Sessions will include equipment (reformer/tower) use in addition to mat.

I am offering 5-pack and 10-pack class options. Discounts of 5% and 10% respectively.  

Payment required prior to first class of package.
